I love muffins and these are particularly tasty. I love the colours and the mixture of taste and feelings with the soft juicy peach and the tangy apple.
For twelve muffins
1- Wash, peel and cut in small cubes two apples and two peaches.
2- In a bowl and using a wooden spatula, mix one and half cup of sifted flour, a tablespoon of baking powder and a tablespoon of brown sugar (you can replace it with honey if you want).
3- Add one by one the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly with the spatula: a cup of plain natural yoghurt, two eggs and at the end 40 gr of melted and slightly cooled butter.
4- Add the fruits and mix gently.
5- Pour in a muffin baking pan and bake for 25 minutes in a 175º c. oven. If you use honey, bake them only for 20 minutes since honey heats up much after.
