Saffron & rose tea

A Persian delight to all the senses.

For one cup:
1- Fill half a cup with very hot water, just before the point of boiling, and add a few high quality Saffron treads (a pinch). Let it stand for about three minutes.

2- Mix gently and add a pinch of dried rose petals.

Note: Given that saffron stains, use coloured or glass cups.
