Yoghurt muffins with raspberries and strawberries

They taste like macarons! And the aroma is divine.


For twelve muffins:
1- In a large bowl mix together: one and half cup of sifted flour, a tablespoon on baking powder, a pinch of salt, two tablespoons of brown sugar, three quarters of a cup of plain yoghurt, 40 gr of melted and slightly cooled high quality butter and two eggs.


2- Add the raspberries and strawberries – about one and half cups total.
3- Bake for 25 minutes in a 170º C. oven.
