Pasta con le olive

A nice and different way to make pasta with olives.

While the pasta cooks, place in an iron pan some olives (I used Kalamata), small pieces of garlic, freshly ground pepper and oregano leaves. Sauté for a few minutes and set aside.

To serve:
Place the pasta in a serving plate and top with the olive mix. Place a bowl with Parmigiano shavings on the side and extra freshly ground pepper. I like to add a few drops of Olive oil with white truffle. I also had a bowl of fresh cherry tomatoes on the side.
