Pommes de terre au four avec Kalamata

A wonderful way to make potatoes in the oven a delight.

1- Cook the potatoes by plunging them in cold water then placing them over the stove. I like to use small potatoes and it takes about 20 minutes until they are soft.
2- Let them cool then peel and cut in cubes.
3- In an oven dish, place the potatoes and add some olive oil, crushed garlic, fresh rosemary and a few Kalamata olives. Finish with a dash of salt and freshly crushed pepper.
4- Place the dish in a very hot oven (200 º C. or more) for 15 minutes mixing from time to time.

I served it for lunch with little hamburgers and a green salad.
