Raspberry muffins with yoghurt and olive oil

Delicious, light and their aroma is simply divine!


For twelve muffins:
1- In a large bowl mix together: one and half cup of sifted flour, a tablespoon on baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt, half a cup of brown sugar, three quarters of a cup of plain yoghurt, two tablespoons of olive oil and two eggs.
2- Add the raspberries – about a cup and a half.
3- Bake for 25 minutes in a 170º C. oven.
