Wild Salmon with ginger and rosemary

An easy and very quick recipe with wonderful flavours and colours.


For two filets of wild salmon
1- Place water in a deep pan and add a few branches of fresh rosemary, about 5 cm of fresh ginger root peeled and cut in large chunks, and a tablespoon of Soya sauce.
2- Bring to a boil and add the salmon filets.
3- Lower the fire and cover. Cook until the salmon is done, slightly raw inside and flaky. It should take 10 minutes maximum.

I served it with white rice and a green salad. Place some hot sauce like Sriracha or mango chutney (recipe here) on the side.
