Mango, peach and avocado salade

Super healthy! And lovely colours too!

Just mix mango, peach, avocado and cucumber; and sprinkle with olive oil, turmeric, freshly grated ginger root, Parmegiano shavings, multicoloured peppers crushed, sesame seeds and fresh mint leaves. That’s it!

Serve with fresh baguette.
