Apricot muffins

Simply a delight!

For 12 muffins: 
1- Melt 60 gr of butter and set aside to cool.
2- In a large bowl mix by hand: one and half cup of sifted flour, one tablespoon of baking powder, two tablespoons of brown sugar, half a cut of plain yoghurt and two eggs. Mix well.
3- Add the butter and mix again.
4- Add apricots cut in small pieces. I calculated about one apricot for every three muffins, so here four apricots in total.
5- Place the dough in a muffin baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 175º c. Let it cool before serving.
