Ayurveda inspired salad dressing

A wonderful dressing for all salads. I served it with an arugula, baby tomatoes and cucumber salad.


[best for people with a Vata dosha]

For three tablespoon of olive oil add:
– One tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
– Half a cup of yoghurt (natural, not sweet)
– Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds – crushed
– Half a teaspoon of black pepper – crushed
– One tablespoon of honey
– A little bit of fresh ginger root – grated
– Fresh parsley or thyme.
