Clafoutis à la fraise et myrtille

For one kilogram of strawberries and a generous cup of blueberries
1- In a large bowl, whisk by hand three whole organic eggs with two tablespoon of brown sugar.
2- Then add one at a time, whisking thoroughly, four tablespoons of flour, a pinch of salt and one cup of milk.
3- Butter and flour a baking pan, place the strawberries cut in slices and sprinkle with the blueberries.
4- Pour the egg based liquid on top, and bake for 45 minutes in a 160º C oven.
