Sharing a breakfast or snack I make regularly. It is also wonderful if you are fatigued, after a long trip or when you feel the onset of a cold. For me, it works and definitely makes me feel better so I am sharing it with you.
Ingredients: mango, papaya, lime juice, fresh ginger root, freshly crushed pepper, turmeric and olive oil.
Enjoy in the morning or as a midday snack.
