Ingredients, all organic: hard boiled egg, mango, cooked broccoli al dente, small tomatoes, sesame seeds, fresh ginger root, fresh mint or peppermint leaves, balsamic vinegar, the juice of one lime, olive oil; all topped with grated Parmigiano.

– Serve with fresh bread or tostadas (oven baked corn tortillas).
