Sardines with mango

A lovely and most healthy salad for a sunny Sunday lunch!

For two small cans of high quality Sardines: just toss the Sardines without the excess oil with the juice of one lime, two mangos cut in cubes, one large tomato cut in cubes, fresh ginger root grated, a tablespoon of sesame seeds, some black pepper, some balsamic vinegar and fresh mint.

Toss it all and serve with fresh baguette!
