Flounder with lime and honey

A lovely China inspired recipe to celebrate the new lunar year of the monkey!

For one large filet of Flounder
1- In an oven pan place: a little bit of olive oil, some garlic, three teaspoons of sesame seeds, two teaspoons of turmeric, two tablespoons of honey, one tablespoon of Soya sauce, some fresh ginger root (grinded), a few cherry tomatoes and one lime cut in slices. Mix well.
2- Cut the fish in cubes. It is better if it is slightly frozen so that the pieces come out nice.
3-Coat the fish cubes with the mix. Let it stand for about twenty minutes.
4-Bake in a 180º c. for about twenty to twenty five minutes. (Make sure the oven is not too hot so that the dish does not burn. Since it has honey, the temperature is important.)

Serve with white rice.
