This is an easy and flavourful recipe to make quick salmon. You can serve it with anything you want and add a soya based sauce or any other sauce of your choice. I served it with Basmati rice and a light salad of tomatoes and cucumbers cut in cubes with lemon juice and olive oil. I did not add any sauce to the salmon, it had the perfect consistency and taste.
1- Simply boil a little bit of water in a pan and add fresh mint and a piece of organic freh ginger root.
2- Place the salmon filet and cover. Let it cook for as long as you want depending on how “raw” or “cooked” you want it. I left it for 5 minutes and it came out flaky and slightly raw inside, and, I should add, with a beautiful color!
