Caramelised fish with turmeric

Wonderfully yellow fish! It tastes so good with a touch of sweetness.


For one large filet of white fish
1- In a baking dish mix: half a cup of cream, one teaspoon of turmeric, three teaspoons of sesame seeds, three teaspoons of brown sugar, one teaspoon of freshly crushed black peppers, a large spoon of olive oil, the juice of one lemon and a bunch of fresh herbs (I used fresh mint).
2- Coat the filet and cover with baking paper or aluminium foil. Make holes in the foil for the steam to be released while cooking.
3- Bake the fish for 30 minutes in a medium oven (about 160º C.)

Serve immediately. I served it with white Basmati rice and an avocado salad.
