Chocolate Fondant with olive oil

A really easy and super fast recipe for a delicious chocolate Fondant.

1- Melt 100 gr of high quality chocolate (70% cacao content or more) in bain-marie.
2- In a bowl, mix two organic eggs with 50 gr of brown sugar.
3- Add 50 gr of flour and mix some more.
4- Add 30 cl of olive oil and mix until very smooth.
5- Finally, add the melted chocolate. Place in a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes in a 180º oven.

Serve warm or at room temperature with red fruits or slices of clémentines.
