Salmon with mustard and cumin

An easy and very tasty way to prepare Salmon.


For two high quality Salmon filets: 
1- In a baking dish mix a tablespoon of olive oil, two large tablespoons of Dijon mustard, two teaspoons of cumin and the juice of one lime.
2- Spread the sauce all over the Salmon filets and let them stand in a cool place for 30 minutes to an hour.
3- Cook in a hot oven (200º C.) for 15 minutes. The filets will stay slightly raw on the inside and will have a wonderful flaky texture.

I served it with potatoes sautéed with rosemary, garlic and black pepper.
