Red snapper with bell peppers, ginger and honey

Fabulous and easy recipe for fish. And it looks beautiful even before cooking!


1- In an oven pan place: some olive oil, one bell pepper sliced, about three to five cm of fresh ginger root grated, two small limes sliced, a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of turmeric.

2- Add the fish (I used Red Snapper) and with your hands, make sure the fish is well coated with the mixture. Place some bell pepper stripes and lemon slices on top and under the fish.

3- Cook for about 30 minutes in a 180º C oven.

Serve with white Basmati rice and a few slices of avocado. It is delicious!
