Fabulous chocolate cake with a wonderful chocolate “nap page”! Perfect for this sweet season!
For the cake
(this is the recipe for a small cake, you can double all the proportions, using five eggs for a larger one)
1- Melt 100 gr of high quality chocolate (70% cacao or more) in bain-marie with 100 gr of butter. Make sure the texture is smooth.
2- In the meantime, pre-heat the oven at 180º C. and prepare a baking dish lined with melted butter and flour.
3- In a large bowl, place the melted chocolate and work the following ingredients one by one without stopping. I do it all my hand with a spatula it is much better. So add: one tablespoon of brown sugar, then three eggs one by one, then 30 gr of flour with a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix really well one more time so that the texture is smooth.
4- Place in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. When it is done, take out of the dish immediately turning it over on a large plate.

2- Add a teaspoon of olive oil and mix really well by hand.
Simply pour the nappage on top of the chocolate cake. Let it cool down and serve!
