Tacos de pescado – they were tender, juicy and with an exquisite flavor brought on by a touch of honey.
1- In a bowl mix: crushed garlic, lime juice, honey, fresh cilantro and olive oil.
2- Cut the fish (here I used Tuna, any fish will do) in small cubes and marinate in the sauce for about 15 minutes.
3- Rapidly sauté the fish in a pan until cooked.
Serve with corn tortilla and avocado, topped with a chili sauce if you want. Here I used Chile de Arbol (very hot).
