Just what you need on a September afternoon. It has no butter, and the yoghurt makes all the difference!
1- Mix: two cups of sifted flour (one white and one whole wheat), one and half teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, one cup of brown sugar, one cup of plain yoghurt and two beaten eggs.
2- Add four apples peeled and cut in very small cubes.
3- Pour the mixture in a prepared baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes in a 180 degrees C. oven.
