Peach and blackberry muffins

Wonderful for end of summer fruits!


For twelve muffins
1- In a large bowl mix: one cup of white flour sifted, half a cup of whole wheat flour sifted, one tablespoon of baking powder, 1 pot of cream (200 ml), two tablespoons of brown sugar, 40 gr of melted butter (slightly cooled) and two whole organic eggs.
2- Once the dough has an even consistency (it will be a little bit heavy), add two peaches peeled and cut in small pieces.
3- In a prepared muffin baking pan, fill each cup with half of the dough you would normally put. Place a blackberry in the center of each one, and cover with more dough.
4- Bake for 25 min at medium oven (175 º C.). Take the muffins out of the pan as soon as they are baked. Let them cool before serving.
