Gâteau aux pommes

Fabulous gâteau aux pommes!


1- In a large bowl, mix four eggs and three quarters of a cup of brown sugar. Use an electric mixer and mix until the color becomes lighter.
2- Add one and three quarters cup of sifted flour, two teaspoons of baking powder. Mix again until the consistency is smooth.
3- Add three tablespoons of oil and four tablespoons of milk. Mix again.
4- In a large buttered baking pan, pour the mixture on top of three to four apples peeled and cut in small cubes.
5- Bake in a 180º C. oven for 35 minutes.
Decorate with a little bit of brown sugar and serve at room temperature.
