Strawberry tea cake

Lovely strawberry tea cake for a Saturday afternoon.

1- In a large bowl, mix half a cup of whole wheat flour (sifted), one and a half cups of white flour (sifted), two teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt, two tablespoons of brown sugar, one pot of plain yoghurt, two beaten eggs and two tablespoons of olive oil.
2- Once well mixed, add 500 gr of fresh strawberries sliced.
3- Bake for 45 minutes in a 180º C oven, in a buttered and floured baking pan.
4- Take out of the pan as soon as it is done, and serve with more fresh strawberries on the side.
