French toast for dinner

Yes, dinner! Why not? It has eggs, fibre and fresh fruits.

For four pieces of whole wheat or multigrain toast:
1- In a large bowl mix really well two generous tablespoons of flour, half a cup of milk, a pinch of salt, two eggs and a quarter of a tablespoon of brown sugar. (you can add some vanilla, but only if it is 100% natural.)
2- Soak each slice of bread separately for at least a minute each.
3- In a large pan, place a little bit of olive oil and when it is very hot add the bread. Cook on low heat two pieces at a time making sure they do not stick to each other.

Serve hot with fresh berries and some maple syrup, honey or jam on the side.
