Pasta con pomodorini e zucchine

For that lazy Sunday when you have wonderfully fresh organic vegetables at hand. Here with ravioli.

1- In a pan, place a little bit of olive oil. When it starts to heat up, add garlic, small tomatoes cut in half and as much zucchini slices as you desire.
2- Sprinkle with fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, basil) and a bit of salt and pepper. Let it fry on high fire so that the zucchini becoming slightly golden without getting soft.
3- Cook your pasta of choice, place the zucchini on top and sprinkle with shredded Parmigiano.
