Blueberry pancakes

Made with organic blueberries! So easy and so sweet!


1- In a large bowl mix: one and half cup of white flour (sifted), half a cup of whole wheat flour (sifted), one teaspoon of baking powder, a dash of salt, a pot of cream (about 250 gr), two eggs and the juice of one lemon.
2- Mix on high speed and as you mix slowly add some milk until wanted consistency. Keep mixing for about two minutes.
3- Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
4- Pour the dough on a hot pan wiped with some oil, and place as many blueberries was you want on top. Once one side is cooked, turn over.
Serve with more berries and jam or honey.
