Baguette Perdue

French toast made with baguette. A wonderful breakfast served here with mango and Lavender honey.

For a whole baguette cut in slices.
1- In a bowl whisk together half a cup of cold milk, two organic eggs, half a tablespoon of brown sugar and a pinch of salt.
2- Soak the bread slices for about one minute.
3- Cook in a pan with butter turning the bread slices over only once.
Serve immediately with fresh fruits and honey or maple syrup.
