Potatoes with garlic and rosemary

An easy and delicious potato recipe with garlic and rosemary.


1- Boil the potatoes with the skin until they are cooked but not soft. Peel and cut in cubes.
2- Meanwhile, whisk some olive oil, crushed garlic, ground pepper and fresh rosemary in a bowl.
3- Place the oil in a pan and add the potatoes when the oil is hot and the garlic starts to release its aroma. Mix often and fry until the potatoes are slightly golden.
Serve immediately sprinkled with coarse sea salt. You can also add some hot pepper flakes to give it a bit of spice.
