Banana & brown sugar pancakes

Wonderful!

1- In a large bowl place: one cup of flour sifted, one cup of whole wheat flour sifted, one and half teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of brown sugar, four organic eggs, one pot of cream (200 ml), the juice of one lemon (I used lime) and one large banana crushed.
2- With a hand mixer mix adding milk until the desired consistency (about one to one and half cup of milk). Mix for at least ten minutes.
3- Let it rest for 15 minutes and make the pancakes flipping them over once.

Serve with fresh fruits and honey, Nutellla or homemade jam.
