1- Heat up one litre of whole pasteurised milk just to the point before boiling. You should be able to put your finger without burning yourself.
2- In a small bowl mix one pot of plain yoghurt with a little bit of milk so that it becomes liquid.
3- Mix the yoghurt with the milk and leave in a large bowl. Cover with towels and let it stand overnight.
4- Place in the fridge and by the time it is cold: it’s ready!
