Pan-seared Tuna oriental style

Wonderful fresh Tuna with a touch of the Orient.

1- In a dish mix some soya sauce, sesame oil (very very little) and grated fresh ginger root. Let the Tuna steak marinate in the mix for at least one hour, covered and in the fridge.
2- Heat up a pan (do not put any oil). Sprinkle the Tuna steak with sesame seeds and place on the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes on one side then turn over and cook again for just three minutes.

Serve immediately. I served it with white rice and a tomato salad with a soya and lemon sauce.
