I just love this easy dish for a colorful lunch.
1- Wash and cut in slices organic strawberries. To insure that they retain their color and taste, wash them in water with a few drops of lemon juice. Pat dry.
2- Cook cheese filled ravioli.
To serve just top the ravioli with the strawberries, parmigano shavings, fresh black pepper, fresh mint (this one is from my little balcony) and a drizzle of high quality olive oil.
