Fromage blanc is not easy to find outside of France. It is not “Greek” yoghurt, it is not white cheese like panela, it is not cream cheese. So here a good homemade recipe after a tip given to me by a French Pâtissier.
Just mix one portion of plain yoghurt for one third of a portion of cream cheese. That’s it!
