Fromage blanc

Fromage blanc is not easy to find outside of France. It is not “Greek” yoghurt, it is not white cheese like panela, it is not cream cheese. So here a good homemade recipe after a tip given to me by a French Pâtissier.

Just mix one portion of plain yoghurt for one third of a portion of cream cheese. That’s it!
[Fromage blanc is often used in deserts or as a simple side to fresh fruits in the morning.]
