Well not just broccoli – some garlic, a dab of cream and fresh herbs.
1- Cook the broccoli and reserve the water to cook the pasta.
2- While the pasta is cooking, roast some garlic either in the oven or in a little bit of olive oil in a small frying pan.
3- In a large bowl, mix the pasta, the broccoli, the garlic, a dash of high quality olive oil, salt and pepper, some heavy cream, freshly grated parmigiano, and finally, some fresh mint and basil.
4- Toss gently and serve.
