Peach muffins with cardamom

So fluffy they melt in your mouth. And the delicate taste of the cardamom is wonderful!


1- In a large bowl mix: one and half cup of sifted flour, two teaspoons of baking powder, two tablespoons of brown sugar, the seeds of seven cardamom pods, a pinch of salt, 200 ml of heavy cream and two eggs. Mix well.
2- Add 40 gr of melted and cooled butter.
3- Gently add two large or several small peaches cut in small cubes.
4- Place in a muffin baking dish and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Take out the muffins from the pan as soon as they are baked and let them cool before serving.
