Perfect on a cloudy and stormy Saturday afternoon! And the cake came out so so soft!
1- Melt 150 gr of high quality dark chocolate with 80 gr of butter in bain-marie.
2- In the meantime, bring three egg whites stiff.
3- In a separate bowl, mix well three egg yolk with four tablespoons of brown sugar. Add three quarters of a cup of sifted flour and a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix again thoroughly.
4- Now bring all the ingredients together, leaving the egg whites at the end mixing them with a spatula.
5- Bake in a prepared baking pan (lined with butter and flour) for 40 minutes at a 170º C. oven.
Serve once it is cool with fresh fruits.
