Young broccoli and mango salad

Simply wonderful during these very warm days here in San Miguel de Allende. It also helps that the raisins are from Afghanistan!

In a large bowl, mix: boiled organic young broccoli, mangos (preferably non fibrous such as the “Manila” kind), raisins, Parmigiano shavings, garlic salt, herbs of choice (I used fresh basil and mint), high quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I served it with cranberry bread.
