Clafouti à la fraîse

A wonderful easy to make clafouti. You can use any fruit that is not too juicy. Here with strawberries.

1- Wash and cut the strawberries if they are large. Set aside.
2- In a large bowl mix thoroughly: three eggs, two tablespoons of brown sugar, four tablespoons of flour, a pinch of salt and a cup of milk.
3- In a large baking dish, place the strawberries then pour the mixture on top.
4- Bake at 160º C. for 45 minutes.

Serve at room temperature or cold. It is actually better the next day once it has spend some time in the fridge.
