A simple and delicious pasta I make when I am tired of cooking… and then I taste it and I feel like cooking again! The secret here is the freshness of the ingredients.
1- In a large bowl, mix and let it stand while the pasta is cooking: high quality olive oil, crushed garlic, fresh herbs, salt & pepper and cherry tomatoes cut in half. (The longer the tomatoes remain in contact with the olive oil and the salt and the more they will sweeten and release their flavours.)
2- Mix in the pasta once it is cooked, and serve topped with freshly grated Parmigiano.
Tip: put a little bit of turmeric in the boiling water for the pasta, and you will get all the benefits of this amazing spice!
