Banana-apple-honey cake

I have been baking non-stop for the past few days, as I like to give cakes and muffins to people who have been kind to us during this season. Here a little banana-apple-honey cake I just made.


1- In a large bowl, mix two cups of sifted flour, two teaspoons of baking powder, three tablespoons of honey, a cup (200 ml) of crème fraîche (or heavy cream) and three eggs. Mix thoroughly.
2- Add two mashed bananas and an apple diced in very small cubes.
3- Place in a prepared baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes in a medium heat oven (about 170 degrees C.).
