A most delicate fish recipe, and so easy to make!
1- In a pan, place some olive oil. Fry for about five minutes some grated fresh ginger root and a lemon thinly sliced. Take out the lemons once they start changing colors, and set aside. The aroma at this point is divine!
2- Cover white fish filets with sesame seeds and fry in the same pan, turning them over only once.
Serving suggestion: topped with the lemon slices, accompanied by Basmati rice with raisins, and avocado.
