Banana cake – the perfect little cake for the season.
1- In a large bowl, mix two cups of sifted flour, two teaspoons of baking powder, half a cup of brown sugar, 200 ml of crème fraîche and three eggs. Mix well.
2- Add two or three crushed bananas, depending on your taste preference. I use three.
3- Place the mix in a prepared baking pan and bake for 50 min at 175 degrees C.
4- Take out immediately from the baking pan and serve when it has cooled. It can be served plain or with some apricot jam on the side.
