Baby apple and yoghurt muffins

I found these lovely organic baby apples and made some muffins with yoghurt. The recipe also works for cake.

1- Empty one pot of plain natural yoghurt (150 gr) in a large bowl. Using the same pot of yoghurt to measure, add two pots of flour, half a pot of brown sugar and half a pot of olive oil. Then add a tablespoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt and two eggs. Mix well.
2- Add about four baby apples diced small.

3- Place in muffin baking dish and bake for 25 minutes in a 170º C. preheated oven.

Tip: You can use the same recipe to make a cake. In this cake, bake for 35 minutes in a 180º C. oven.
