Simply delicious and a nice change from regular potatoes for this autumn.
1- Wash and scrub the potatoes. Pat dry thoroughly in a cloth. Do not peel.
2- Cut the potatoes in slices, then each slice into sticks.
3- Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
4- Bake for about 20 minutes in a hot oven (200 degrees C.).
5- Add sliced garlic and herbs. Mix well and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes.
6- Drizzle with coarse sea salt just before serving.
