Biscuits au chocolat

Chocolate chunk cookies! It is only the second time I bake cookies (the first time was rather disastrous). This time, after some adjustments, they came out rather good!


1- In a large bowl, mix 120 gr of very soft high quality butter with half a cup of brown sugar. Mix until you get a smooth texture.
2- Add one egg. Continue to mix until it is uniform in color and texture.
3- In another bowl mix two cups of sifted flour with two teaspoons of baking powder.
4- Add the flour to the other mixture and blend until smooth. Add 100 gr of high quality chocolate broken in chunks of about one to two centimeters.
5- Roll into a tube like shape of about five centimeters in diameters. Cover in aluminum foil and place in the fridge for an hour.
6- Take out and cut into cookie like shapes. Then bake for 25 minutes in a 160 degrees C. oven.
7- Let it cool a little then enjoy!
