A colourful dish full of colours, with a little sweetness for the soul.
1- In a large pan, mix in a little bit of olive oil, ground beef, crushed garlic, corn, raisins, tomatoes (I used cherry tomatoes), salt, cumin and fresh herbs.
2- Let it cook covered for about 15 minutes, mixing it from time to time.
I served it with corn tortillas. I mixed in some Chile Chipotle for me, and my little five year old had it with plain yoghurt on the side.
