Gâteau aux pêches

The peaches are so so sweet these days!

1- Cut four peaches in cubes.
2- In a large bowl mix: three eggs well beaten, one and half cup of sifted flour, one and half teaspoons of baking powder, two tablespoons of honey (or of brown sugar), 200 ml of crème fraîche (or heavy cream) and some grated fresh vanilla beans (or two drops of vanilla extract).
3- Mix well and add the peaches at the end.
4- Transfer into a prepared baking pan and bake for 40 min. in a medium oven (180 degrees C.).
